Your event, step by step
Choose silent, live or hybrid when you create the auction. Hybrid is the format for silent bidding followed by a live session.
Agree on the team goal
Choose the travel or equipment target, confirm the seller organization and assign a finance lead and a pickup lead.
Collect approved donations
Confirm each donor’s permission, restrictions and fulfillment contact. Add photographs, descriptions and starting prices, individually or with a CSV.
Invite adult bidders
Share the event link with the team community. Explain the bidding schedule, payment arrangements and how guests will collect their items.
Close and reconcile
Use purchase records to follow payment status and pickup. Your finance lead reconciles the event with the seller’s Stripe records.

Questions for your event
Do team families need to download an app?
Guests can use the event link or scan a QR card in a mobile browser. Online bidding requires sign-in and card authorization. A homescreen installation is optional on compatible browsers.
Can we start with a small catalog?
Starter has no monthly subscription and allows one active auction with up to ten items. Sale fees and Stripe processing fees apply. Prepare a private draft while you collect approved donations.
Who handles donor restrictions and pickup?
Your club does. OutbidX provides listing and purchase records; your volunteers confirm the donor’s terms, make the item available and arrange collection.
