The tools behind your event
Less catalog wrangling
Add donated items individually or import a CSV, then review photos, restrictions and starting prices.
Easy for adult guests to join
Share an event link with families. No app download is required to browse and bid in a supported mobile browser.
A calmer collection day
Keep paid, pending and collected purchases clear, with purchase records your adult volunteers can follow.
Try your event demo without sign-in or real money
Your event, step by step
Choose silent, live or hybrid when you create the auction. Hybrid is the format for silent bidding followed by a live session.
Get school approval
Confirm the event owner, beneficiary and school or PTA approvals. Assign an adult account owner and agree on what may be published.
Prepare family-friendly listings
Check donor permission, age restrictions and expiry dates. Use only approved photographs; obtain permission before including school or student imagery.
Brief the adult bidders
Share the catalog, schedule and clear sign-in instructions with your school community. Identify who can answer item and event questions.
Plan a simple handover
Give adult volunteers pickup responsibilities. Check payment status in the purchase record before recording collection and reconcile proceeds with the finance lead.

Questions for your event
Should students operate the auction account?
Plan the event with an adult account owner and adult bidders. Your school or PTA should approve access, communications and any student involvement.
Can we upload donated items together?
A CSV import can help prepare a larger catalog. Check the import guide for supported fields and limits, and review descriptions, photographs and donor restrictions before publishing.
Are school logos and student photographs automatically approved?
No. The organizer must obtain the necessary school and image permissions before using them in listings or promotional material.
