Your event, step by step
Choose silent, live or hybrid when you create the auction. Hybrid is the format for silent bidding followed by a live session.
Confirm the selling arrangement
Get seller or consignor approval and agree on payment, commission and fulfillment responsibilities before preparing the catalog.
Document each work
Record artist, medium, dimensions, edition, condition and available provenance. Confirm image rights and explain what supporting information the seller can provide.
Set bidding expectations
Choose the schedule, increments and any reserve. Publish clear collection or shipping arrangements and a contact for questions about a work.
Coordinate the handover
Check purchase payment status, arrange collection or shipping and retain the seller’s documentation. The seller remains responsible for descriptions and fulfillment.
