The tools behind your event
Control the pace
Start, pause and resume live bidding. Reorder eligible upcoming lots and close the current lot from the control screen.
Connect online and floor bids
Record in-room paddle bids while online guests participate. Rehearse identification and confirm each entry before submitting another.
Show the room what matters
Use the projector view for the current lot and accepted activity, with optional sponsor panels and a lot leaderboard.

Your event, step by step
Choose silent, live or hybrid when you create the auction. Hybrid is the format for silent bidding followed by a live session.
Agree on the operating team
Confirm the event owner, verified seller, host and clerk. Auction administration uses the organizer account; separate volunteer permission levels are not provided.
Build the live sequence
Choose live or hybrid, prepare the queue, reserves, increments and timers, and confirm floor-bid identification and cash arrangements.
Rehearse before doors open
Try the control desk and projector, test the venue connection and brief the host on pause, close and payment-pending states.
Hand over the winners
Closing a lot does not guarantee successful collection. Have the finance team check payment status, resolve pending records and direct paid winners to pickup.
