What you need
A browser, a signed-in organizer account and an organization name. Online bidding also needs a payment-card authorization; card collection needs a ready seller connection established through hosted Stripe setup. An auction link or QR code does not grant access to a private event.

Need a person?
Use Contact support for account or event help. Tell us the screen, action, approximate time and visible error. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, sign-in links or secret keys. Email timing and support response times are not guaranteed.
A new screen says “Page not found”?
An older installed app can keep a previous version. Open Check for an app update, then open the demos again. Finish bids and save work before closing or restarting other OutbidX tabs. Do not restart an uncertain payment or submission.
